PROTEIN WAFFLES Protein powder of your choice is the main ingredient of protein waffles. Use one egg. Just a little baking powder for fluff.Water adjusted to desired consistency (Just be careful to not make them batter too runny. (I use 2-3 tablespoons)
SALMON CAKES 3 teaspoons olive oil, 1 onion, finely chopped. 1 stalk celery. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. Canned salmon, drained, or 1 1/2 cups cooked salmon. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 3/4 cups fresh breadcrumbs. Seasonings of your choosing.
