Hello, I'm Shannon – a woman who wears many hats, just like you. Wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. And for nearly 3 decades, I've been a dedicated finance professional, navigating the intricate dance of a demanding career. But there's more to my story than just numbers and spreadsheets.

My Transformation

Five years ago, I embarked on an incredible journey of self-discovery and health improvement. During this time, I managed to shed over 60 pounds, and for the most part, I've successfully maintained this progress over the years. While I have experienced some weight regain, I am fully committed to shedding those extra pounds once again. I have rekindled my dedication to my gym community and am determined to reach my fitness goals. The pandemic presented an unprecedented challenge, as I had to adapt to a world without my beloved gym community. However, in the face of this challenge, my husband and son became unexpected partners on this journey, and it turned out to be a more significant blessing than I could have ever imagined.

I've come to realize that the number on the scale doesn't hold a candle to the profound health benefits that my entire family has experienced. The pandemic forced us to find new ways to stay active and healthy, opening doors to innovative opportunities for tailoring our fitness routines to our unique needs.
